Please note that we do not offer refunds since the products are made to order according to your size. Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis and specially handcrafted for you.
- Exchange for manufacturing defects: In the unlikely event that you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, we offer the option for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within three (3) days of receiving the garment. After this period, we are unable to accommodate any exchanges.

- Post-purchase services: At Sonia Khatri, we value your satisfaction even after the purchase. We offer free minor alterations for your garment for up to sixty (60) days after the purchase date. Please contact our customer support team to arrange alterations, providing the necessary details and order information.
- For international orders, we recommend planning alterations thoughtfully to minimize shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

- The garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition for any exchange consideration.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the garment shows signs of wear or has been altered by anyone other than our authorized personnel.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- We cannot guarantee an exact replacement if the original fabric or design is no longer available. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a store credit.
